We (Winfield Township) have been working with ComEd to try to get this taken care of. The construction point of contact states that we are in process of talking with the overhead specialist foreman to investigate these lights, but they have not confirmed the date. We unfortunately are unable to see the behind-the-scenes process with ComEd but reach out anytime and I will keep checking/inquiring. We are trying to get this resolved asap.
