Sheila Rutledge, one of our District 6 representatives, is the Chair of the Environmental Committee and whose office was responsible for the study. The West-Win Board is aware that many residents would prefer fewer garbage trucks and pick-up days in their neighborhoods. We recommend listening to the presentation.
