  • Being a caregiver to someone with memory loss can be an overwhelming experience. Join social workers and nurse practitioners from Northwestern’s memory team at Central DuPage Hospital as they help you navigate the complexity of caring for your loved one with memory loss. Share your experience caring for your loved one and find encouragement and support with others taking a similar journey. Free support group is virtual on the first Thursday of the month and in person on the third Thursday of the month – both from 10-11:30. Registration is required. Please call 630-933-4234.
