Sheriff Zaruba organized Safety Saturday in an effort to heighten public awareness about safety and crime prevention. Divisions of the Sheriff’s Office, as well as municipal police and fire departments sponsor exhibits and provide information to adults and children. Fall 2016- Citizens Police Academy
The Sheriff’s Citizen Police Academy (CPA) is designed to provide the community with a unique look into the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office. The Academy also provides students with a hands-on look at the inner workings of the DuPage County Jail, the crime laboratory and the county court system. Call 630.407.2313 for more information.
