Corporal David Kotovsky has been the Sheriff’s Neighborhood Liaison Officer for Winfield Township since July of 2010. At West-Win meetings he has described recent Sheriff’s Department activities and alerts for coming months and provided brochures on relevant topics. In October of 2014 he was the main speaker and presented “The Facts About the Concealed Carry Law.”
Corporal Kotovsky retired from the sheriff’s department on September 1, 2015. West-Win members have enjoyed working with him and give him our very best wishes.
David wished to convey that he thoroughly enjoyed his relationship with members of our Home Owners’ Association and wished us continued success in the future.
At press time David’s successor had not been announced.
